They offer modern, newly decorated rooms with BBC and bath and shower. The services are very efficient, including a very clean pool. It has free parking, poolside bar.

A nice, "easy going" Hotel with excellent location and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere perfect for families as well as couples.

Both lovable and frustrating

The location is perfect , granting easy access to nearby restaurants and the beach while offering a relaxed atmosphere. The pools were spacious and well maintained , allowing us to unwind comfortably.

The WiFi was annoyingly slow , and it required payment for a better service. The dining experience was often lackluster , with food that lacked variety or warmth, leaving us wanting more.

It is very good value for money. It was a nice experience. We particularly appreciated the accommodation, its location and even the architecture of the complex. Also, the cleanliness (towels changed almost every day, rooms cleaned every day). The food was diverse.

staying here made it easy to explore the nearby beautiful Playa Grande, just a short walk away, and I loved strolling along the promenade each evening, soaking in the local atmosphere and fine views of the coast.

Very Friendly staff, great rates, fantastic facilities too

Staff were very courteous. Rooms and the pool were cleaned almost every day. Food was good too although not many options for vegetarians.

The beds could have been better. Pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable. It would also have been nice to have a proper TV and DVD player. There was only an old TV set in the room.

Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement

While the apartments were spacious and kept clean, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming with limited food choices. Catching the fresh snacks from the pool bar was a highlight, but I recommend grabbing some provisions from the nearby stores for more variety during your stay.

Good hotel for this price, good location, good breakfast and dinner for one week. Good hotel for the holiday.

One thing is mystic for me in a lot of the hotels-apartments. Why remote control of the TV set is stored in reception??

Consider picking up snacks and drinks from the nearby Spar shop for a convenient in-room option.

The lay out of this complex is excellent.Plenty of space around the poolside and lots of comfortable sunloungers. The housekeeping in the rooms was excellent. Towel change almost every day and linen every few days.Quiet location in Los Pocollos yet near main route .Local bus stop at the enterance, also a taxi rank. 10 min from the Airport. Good restaurants nearby.Marvellous promenade, walkers can walk for miles in comfort.

Improve access to a printer from the PC,s in lobby to facilitate on line boarding pass printing. The pillows nead to be renewed, very lumpy from laundry.

Cleanliness of complex and rooms, quiet resort and good helpful staff.

Food was a little 'cold' at times, and choice was somewhat limited.
